When I went to pay the bill, I tipped the waitress well because she was trying her best to provide good service to us throughout the service, but the manager didn't even ask how our dinner service was.
The black Angus "steak", or so they called it, was so thin it could've been mistaken as schnitzel. It was aggravating, especially when I was trying to have a conversation with an old friend from high school. It seemed to me that the staffers felt it was okay to bump into me, so long as each one said "sorry". Next to us was a table that had 7 people seated there which made the walkway almost impassable. After she put our order in, I MYSELF was being bumped into by the staffers. but when she was taking the time to explain the menu to us (it was our first time there), the manager and other staffers that were trying to get through kept on bumping into her. The two of us were seated at a 2 top table in what appeared to be one of the most busy traffic areas in the restaurant. Went there for dinner with a friend of mine last night (12-30-2019).
